The GC Advocate is accepting contributions from new freelance writers. Preference in selecting articles for publication is given to people from the Graduate Center in particular and CUNY more generally. However, we do publish pieces from individuals unassociated with the GC or CUNY. Freelance writers can contact us with a proposal or inquire what sorts of articles we currently have a need for. We pay between $50 USD and $150 USD per article, minimum 1000 words. Visit opencuny.org/theadvocate[opencuny.org] for more information as to the general content of the articles we publish.
