My partner and I are looking for 1-bedroom apartment with a maximum budget of $1700/$1800. We are searching for an apartment close to a metro line that could bring us to midtown and midtown east (N,Q,7) in maximum 45 minutes. Therefore we were thinking Astoria, Sunnyside and Woodside could be the neighborhoods that fit our requirements.
