“What if people find out I’m a fraud?” As a graduate student, you may secretly have thoughts like this from time to time. You are not alone – many high-achieving individuals experience imposter syndrome and have trouble internalizing their successes. This workshop will discuss what imposter syndrome looks like, what contributes to it, and how to manage it as a graduate student. A mindfulness exercise and small group discussions will be part of the experience to help you approach your inner critic with compassion and effective strategies.
