Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society is looking for a new Executive Assistant

The Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society is looking for a new Executive Assistant to Dr. Benjamin Barber, a renowned political theorist whose interdisciplinary research on urban governance, democracy and interdependence may be relevant to your students and alumni.  The Executive Assistant will run Dr. Barber’s ‘office’ (located down the hall at the Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society), and will work closely with his team to launch the inaugural Global Parliament of Mayors in 2016.  Dr. Barber is particularly interested in candidates who are interested in governance and are keen to tackle global issues with a new, innovative approach.  Applications are currently being accepted for this full-time RF CUNY position, with the hope that a new hire could start this month.
