Feb. 21 – Carl Lindskoog on “Detain and Punish: Haitian Refugees and the Rise of the World’s Largest Immigration Detention System”

Carl Lindskoog, a graduate of the GC history doctoral program, will be giving a talk on his forthcoming book Detain and Punish: Haitian Refugees and the Rise of the World’s Largest Immigration Detention System at the CUNY Graduate Center on the evening of Wednesday, Feb. 21.  The event will be part of a “Bodies and Borders” lecture series sponsored by The Polis Project, Warscapes magazine, and the Doctoral  Students’ Council.
