GC SLAL Seeks Italian/Spanish Native Speakers for Language Research Study

Are you either an Italian native speaker or a Spanish native speaker?

We are looking for participants for a language research study. This study is looking at how Italian/Spanish speakers interpret some complex syntactic structures. The potential participants will listen to a list of Italian/Spanish sentences and will read and answer to an interpretation question after each sentence. During the task behavioral responses to the questions will be recorded. At the end of the session participants will be asked to answer a language background questionnaire. The whole session will last approximately 1 hour and participants will be reimbursed 10$ for their time. All procedures are non-invasive and straightforward to perform. Please find the flyer in attachment for eligibility requirements.

The task will be completed remotely, at the participant’s own convenient time and place. The participant must have access to a computer and headphones in order to complete the task. Payment will be issued via Venmo once the task and the linguistic background questionnaire are completed.

If you are eligible and interested in participating, or know someone who you think would be, please share this email and/or contact:
