The goal of this conference is to inspire women students with demonstrated leadership qualities to further develop their skills and realize their potential as leaders.

This year the conference theme is “Attributes of Leadership: Pathways to Success” and will replicate the proven format, introducing participants to a comprehensive, full day-long, program of speakers and panels, presentations by legislators and representatives of prominent women’s organizations. Every year the program agenda is a wonderful mix of illustrious presenters, elected officials, top level CUNY administrators, and representatives of key women’s and community and public affairs organizations. This year’s keynote speaker will be Rosanna Rosado, Secretary of State, NYS Department of State, and the luncheon keynote speaker will be Letitia James, Public Advocate for the City of New York.
