Manhattan College’s Department of History invites applications for a one-year assistant professor/lecturer in U.S. History beginning in August 2013. Applicants must be competent to teach the U.S. history survey to 1877. Ability to teach economic history a plus. Teaching experience and a PhD in hand by the time of appointment preferred. Teaching load is seven courses per year (3/4).
