His 112 US 20th Century Tue 3:15pm – 6:05 (start date 1/20th) class is in Yonkers Campus of WCC

Discipline:  Adjunct Faculty/History

Department/School:  Humanities/School of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences

Responsibilities:  The incumbent prepares and delivers instruction in introductory History courses to a diverse student body.  S/he also provides regular and timely feedback to students and provides innovative classroom instruction to promote student success.  Evening, weekend, morning, and afternoon teaching assignments may be provided.  S/he will also actively participate in all departmental assessments and classroom management requirements.

Qualifications:  A minimum of a Master’s degree in History and one year of college-level teaching experience is required.

Position Effective:  Spring 2018

Hourly Rate of Pay:  $72.60 per hour.  No benefits.
