We all struggle with imposter syndrome at one point or another in our professional careers – wondering if we’re good enough, smart enough, or skilled enough for a particular job, promotion, or new responsibility. Join this interactive, in-person workshop to:

  • Identify and own your top talents and strengths, using your results from the CliftonStrengths assessment
  • Apply your strengths to goal setting and action planning to overcome feelings of imposter syndrome when they arise and in your career planning

This workshop is open to 15 GC students and postdocs from all fields who are interested in learning more about and leveraging their unique strengths.
