Hunter College Seeks Adjunct Lecturers in U.S.History (Fall 2019)
The History Department at Hunter College seeks Adjunct Lecturers to teach survey courses in U.S. history. The fall semester at Hunter begins on August 27, 2019.
We are seeking instructors to teach one or two sections of History 151: The United States from the Colonial Era to the Civil War. Each section will have an enrollment of 30 students. The sections are scheduled for Tuesday/Friday 7:10 – 8:25AM & Tuesday/Friday 9:45 – 11:00AM.
Candidates must have experience teaching the United States history survey and be ABD (or already hold a PhD). Interested candidates should send a CV to Professor Eduardo Contreras, Deputy Chair, at econtre@hunter.cuny.edu
