The Writing Center is opening a search for a Senior Writing Consultant. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a writing center and will already hold a doctoral degree.

 

This is a non-teaching adjunct position that pays $59/hour with the expectation of 225 hours of work each semester and another 175 hours each summer (625 per year). The two Senior Writing Consultants on staff share the responsibilities that would otherwise go to an Assistant Director. The person who previously held this position is leaving to direct a graduate writing center of their own at Touro University.
