Interlibrary Loan Updates

Are you leaving town for the summer? The Mina Rees Library encourages you to return your borrowed ILL books, or to request renewals ahead of time (leaving time to hear back).

Additionally, you can always request articles that the Graduate Center Library does not own. Book chapter scans are available too–whether the GC owns the books are not. Digital deliveries can be very useful for researchers on the go!

As always, the Mina Rees Library encourages everyone to submit Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests! ILL is an excellent way to obtain materials beyond the Graduate Center Library, in the form of print books, electronic articles/Ebook chapters, DVD’s, microfilm and more.

Set up a Consultation with your Subject Librarian

To meet with the librarian from your program, feel free to select a time/date that works for you.

The library is happy to make arrangements to meet with you at other times, so also reach out by email.

Grants & Funding

Consider the summer as a time to review the opportunities available to you in the realm of grants and funding. The Research Guide includes links to two highly useful databases – Pivot and Grantforward – that the library encourages you to explore by creating an account with your GC email address.
