The History Department at Queens College seeks an instructor for a section of Hist 103: Survey of U.S. History through the Civil War for Fall, 2017.  The course would meet on TTh 10:45-12:00 on campus in Flushing with a total enrollment of around 40 students.  The department would like to consider the same applicant for grading positions in two jumbo sections, one of Hist 103 and one of Hist 104 (the second half of the US history survey), which also meet on TTh.  Graders are expected to attend the jumbo sections only on days of midterms and finals.  Interested applicants should send a CV and cover letter to Joel Allen, Chair, Department of History at joel.allen@qc.cuny.edu.
