Please join us for a screening of director Suzanne Wasserman’s documentary “Meat Hooked!,” a film about the rise and fall (and recent return) of butchering in New York City. The 53-minute screening will be followed by a conversation with Wasserman and Joshua Applestone, butcher and founder of Grassfed and Organic Meats, moderated by Julia Moskin, reporter for the New York Times “Dining” section.
