2018-2019 Dean K Harrison Fellowship

The GC Office of Educational Opportunity and Diversity seeks nominations for the 2018-2019 Dean K Harrison Fellowship. Applicants must be History PhD level two or three students who are identified as under-represented. (Note: The EOD, as in the past continues, to define under-represented in accordance to Federal guidelines which is how the category continues to be employed throughout CUNY.  This means that U.S. citizens who self-identify and are identified as African-American (or black), Latinx, Native American, or Pacific Islanders.  CUNY, but not the federal government, also includes Italian-American as an under-represented category.)

If you are interested in being nominated, please provide a research/dissertation project statement (2-3 pages) – include a description of the research, what has been completed, and how you plan to progress over the coming academic year.
