Virtual Zoom Event

Do you throw your hands up in frustration when you read a job ad? Are you unsure how to describe your skills and experience in ways that address what the company seems to be looking for? In this workshop, we’ll show you how to decode a job ad and how to use it to strengthen your application. We’ll go through typical phrases job ads use, euphemisms and what they might mean about the positions, the difference between preferred and referred qualifications, and how to use the vocabulary of the ad to bolster your application.
