Job Opportunities

Adjunct opening at Manhattan College

The History Department at Manhattan College seeks faculty to teach two sections of “Roots: History” in Fall 2014 (starting 26 August).  This “West in the World”-style course is part of the College’s core curriculum.  Sections are capped at 23 students.  The classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30-7:45 p.m. and from 8-9:15 p.m.  We would prefer that someone teach both sections, but we will consider applications to teach only one.  Salary is approximately $3,100 per section depending on qualifications.  For more information or to apply, please contact Jeff Horn, Professor and Chair, at jeff.horn@manhattan.edu.
