April 16 Case Interview Workshop

Segal Theater
1:00-4:30 PM

Case interviews—interviews in which you are asked to solve a business problem—are increasingly common. Many people first hear about case interviews when they explore careers in strategy consulting. Now, marketing, banking, high tech, health care and a variety of other industries are now using cases to differentiate candidates. Being able to “ace” a case interview is an acquired skill, one that PhD students can master handily with a bit of additional training and practice.

On Thursday, April 16 from 1:00-4:30 PM, David Ohrvall, an internationally known expert on case interviewing, will be at the GC’s campus to host a case interview workshop.

If you are considering careers in the for-profit world, this workshop will help you get up to speed on how to approach business problems, in addition to giving you a sense of what a case interview is like.
