Lapidus Summer Fellowship Program

June 15 – July 24, 2015

Application deadline: April 17, 2015

  • Six-week program for doctoral candidates and recent PhDs (having received PhD within two years of the program start date)
  • Candidates working in any field are encouraged to apply; preference will be given to those using the collections of the American Jewish Historical Society and focusing on 18th and 19th-century topics
  • $6,000 stipend and up to $1,500 funding for transportation/moving costs for those more than 125 miles from New York City

 

Taube/Koret Early Career Scholars Program

Fall 2015 / Spring 2016

Application deadlines: April 30, 2015 (fall semester 2015) / August 3, 2015 (spring semester 2016)

  • Five-month fellowship for researchers who have completed the PhD within the last six years
  • $23,500 stipend

 

Graduate Student Workshop in Modern Jewish History

October 11-13, 2015

Application deadline: May 15, 2015

  • Three-day workshop for graduate students in Modern European and Modern American Jewish history
  • Meals and $500 stipend provided
