In this workshop, 3 Text Studio (3textstudio) will provide materials, tools, and instruction for experiments in aleatory art-making-practices that make use of chance and randomness such as John Cage’s use of the I Ching, Brian Eno’s Oblique Strategies cards, or any other  techniques where control over outcome is contested. Suminagashi (Japanese paper-making), dice, decks for marking and shuffling, and other aleatory materials will be available.
