The Department of History at the College of Staten Island is seeking to hire qualified adjuncts for the following Spring 2023 courses:

• HST 130: US History to 1865 (Tue. 6:30PM-9:10PM), at the Willowbrook campus – in person
• HST 131: US History Since 1865 (Mo. 8:00AM-9:55AM/We 8:00AM-8:50AM), at the Willowbrook campus – in person
• HST 260: US History, First Encounters to the Present (Mo/We 12:20pm-2:15pm), at the Willowbrook campus – in person

Classes for the spring 2023 semester begin on Wednesday, Jan. 25 and continue until Tuesday, May 23.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in area(s) of expertise, and the ability to teach successfully.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in a related field and prior teaching experience is preferred.

 

COMPENSATION

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
