Hi I am Mei-Ying, a CUNY PhD student. I am looking for a FEMALE ONLY roommate to live with me in a cozy, all-new renovated apartment in Astoria, Queens. One room for rent from Nov. 1^st  .The rent is $950/month (includes heat and hot water) + 1.5month deposit. We will share bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Utilities (electricity, gas, and cable) will be split. with one roommate. You can share my TV, sofa, dining tables, and microwave with me if you want. The area is close to 24hr-cvs, Starbucks, key food supermarket, European groceries, Chase, Japanese Italian, Greek restaurants, bars, and everything! 3-5 mins walking to Ditmars Blvd stop of NQ train, 15-20 mins to midtown Manhattan.
