This winter break, the Writing Center will host two week-long clinics for dissertation and thesis writers. Although conducted remotely, this clinic will bring participants together in a community of support aimed at recalibrating one’s relationship to structured writing time. Through brief informational sessions each morning, afternoon group debriefs, and at least some time spent writing in between, participants will gain increased process-awareness of the daily habits and practices that support (and undermine) writing productivity.
