Join MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and Life Coach Beej Christie Karpen (www.insightoutnyc.com ) and GC Student Counseling Service Counselor Roberta Goldman in this mindfulness workshop. You’ll learn tools for stress reduction through meditation, mindful eating, movement, communication and more. Or just come to deepen your practice. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!
