Seeking GC grad students teaching undergrad courses: Receive a $10 gift card

We are seeking graduate students employed as instructors of undergraduate courses to complete a training-based survey.

Our aim is to learn about your teaching experiences and whether you are emphasizing employment relevant skills in your courses. The survey will introduce techniques for building students’ communication, analytical inquiry, collaboration, and professional development skills through course assignments. It includes downloadable materials and links to resources that instructors can readily adapt for their own courses. The instructional materials can be used in a variety of courses and across disciplines.

This project is funded by a Society for the Teaching of Psychology SoTL Research Grant and The Graduate Center Doctoral Student Research Grant. The first 300 participants will receive a $10 Amazon e-gift card for completing the training. This survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. The gift cards will be distributed in batches on Sundays.

All survey responses are recoded anonymously. The information collected on the gift card claim form is not linked to the survey responses.

Thank you very much for your time and your interest. The survey will remain open through the spring so you will have time to complete it at a later date if you are too busy right now.
