Workshop: Preparing for a Successful Campus Visit, Wednesday, 1/24, noon

The campus visit is one of the most important parts of the screening process for obtaining a faculty position and is also time consuming and stressful. How do you make sure you put your best foot forward? In this webinar we will discuss the following:

  • Understanding what happens during the campus visit
  • Planning for the different types of interviews, questions you can expect, and approaches for each event and meeting
  • Demonstrating how you differ and stand out from other candidates
  • Preparing for potential obstacles to success

This workshop is open to GC students and postdocs from all fields who are in the midst of a faculty search, are planning to start a search soon, or just want to learn more about campus interviews at this time.
