I find myself in the unenviable position of apartment hunting in NYC. I’m looking to rent a 2 bedroom apartment anywhere in Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens with a 45-minute or less commute to the GC and the Financial District. Maximum rent would be $2500, and I’m hoping for a March 1^st or 15^th move-in date. I have one small cat, one medium 7 year old and one large husband. All are non-smokers. I have worked at the GC from 2002-2005, and now again since July 2012. I can provide references from both within the GC and current landlords. We have excellent credit scores and have been known to shovel sidewalks, bring in neighbors’ mail, etc. Please pass this along if you can. Thank you!!
