2020 Research in the Classroom Grant opportunity (for full-time faculty)

The CUNY Office of Research is offering the Research in the Classroom Grant ($7,500) for innovative ideas to incorporate authentic research projects into the undergraduate curriculum. Successful projects may be implemented into new or existing courses but must incorporate authentic research. The research question should be based on the expertise of the PI, and should involve the development of new avenues of inquiry.

We encourage applications from across all disciplines including the Arts, Humanities, Engineering, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences. A workshop will be held for successful applicants in June 2020 (please see program guidelines for more information).

We invite you to circulate this call for proposals as widely as possible among the full-time faculty at your college:  http://www.cuny.edu/research/faculty-resources/internal-funding/research-in-the-classroom/ [cuny.edu]

The deadline for application is April 10, 2020.  Please let us know if you have any questions.
