Even before the current Covid-19 crisis, companies and organizations have been using non-in-person job interviewing techniques, such as the phone interview and the webcam interview, often via Skype but which also through Zoom, WebEx, and GotoMeeting.  A more recent innovation is a video interview, during which candidates are interviewed by artificial intelligence (AI) bots. With social distancing abounding and more and more people working from home, the use of these non-in-person techniques will become more and more prevalent.
