4/10- “Lessons from the Picket Line”

Join the Adjunct Project on Wednesday, April 10th at 6:30pm for “Lessons from the Picket Line” – a panel and discussion about strikes in higher education, with particular emphasis on the precarity of adjuncting as it relates to labor organizing.

Joining will be three speakers who have been involved with union work and strike organizing at other local institutions: Yuwei Pan (NYU), Marini Thorne(Columbia), and Mich Ling (Rutgers). The panel will be moderated by PSC-GC Chapter Chair Zoe Hu, followed by discussion/Q&A.

The event will be hybrid: in-person at the GC in Room 5414, and on zoom. Food will be served!
