The DGSC Steering Committee is HAPPY to invite you to join our free yoga classes that will take place on Zoom during Fall 2021. These free classes are one of the best resources we can give to our peers to breath and relax as we navigate the lovely but hard time as grad students.
Description: Start your day with energy and intention, or end your day by releasing stress, in this yoga class that will leave you feeling focused and refreshed.
Instructor: Michelle Morrison (She is amazing at teaching!)
Responding to the student needs, we will have 2 options for yoga this semester:
***Mondays 9 a.m. (NY Time)
***Thursdays 6:30 p.m. (NY Time)
You can either participate in both or only on one of those days according to your availability. Yoga is free and open to all GC students, staff and faculty. Turning the camera on is not compulsory.
