History student seeks Spring 23 housing

“I’m a PhD student in history, currently in Berlin. In the second week of January, I’ll be returning to NYC and looking for a sublet. From Harlem, Morningside Heights, and Washington Heights to Inwood, from Brooklyn to Queens, about 1000-1200k per month (including utilities!) Before I arrive in the first week of January, I am looking to sublet (for a period of three to six months). Whether it is long or short term, I am flexible. If everything works out well and I get settled, I may want to extend my stay. This would be a great opportunity to extend the lease. As I will be away until the beginning of the semester, any date towards the end of January would also be fine with me. Starting around January 23. I am available to discuss any personal details and terms and conditions at any time.
