You’ll learn tools for stress reduction through meditation, mindful eating, movement, communication and more. Or just come to deepen your practice. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!
Beej Christie Karpen is a Certified Life Coach and Qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Teacher.
