Join MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teacher and Life Coach Beej Christie Karpen (www.insightoutnyc.com ) in this mindfulness workshop. You’ll learn tools for stress reduction through meditation, mindful eating, movement, communication and more. Or just come to deepen your practice. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!

 

Beej Christie Karpen is a Certified Life Coach and Qualified MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Teacher.
