Rent-Stabilized, 1-Bedroom Apartment in Astoria from September 2020

Rent-Stabilized, 1-Bedroom Apartment
Circa $1.700 per month + utilities
Astoria, near 30th avenue train station

Dear all,

My name is Davide Colasanto, a level III history Phd candidate.
I am planning to move out of my apartment at the end of August 2020.
I am looking for new tenants who would like to take on the lease from September 2020. I am also selling most of the furniture and utensils (sofa, bed, table and chairs, bookshelves, kitchen table, ac, etc.). They are mostly from Ikea and in a very good state.

If some of you do not know Astoria, it is a nice mostly residential neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and bars. The closest train station is 30th avenue, N and W lines (directly connected with 34th St. Herald Square) and the apartment is just 5 minutes away from Astoria Park.

You can have an idea of what the apartment looks like by looking at the photos in this link: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1CSkbgZkcAOD-qvvWR6NQ8ydOYPX_7ZFh [drive.google.com]
